BMC staff have provided ongoing program management services to the Airport Expansion Program at Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport since 2000. Services provided include:

Financial Oversight

BMC has provided financial services and oversight for FEMA funded projects undertaken by the South Florida Water Management District. Services include periodic reporting to FEMA, coordination of project expense reimbursement, development and implementation of financial tracking models and other Hazard Mitigation Grant compliance services.

Specialty Contracting

BMC was retained to help manage repairs to 38 schools in Port St. Lucie Florida following Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne. The project scope included varying degrees of demolition and build back, water damage assessment and repair, and installation of portable classrooms for the St. Lucie School District. BMC has developed the technical and financial capability to manage and in large part perform significant elements building construction and repair.

Emergency Response

BMC has participated in the response to the following Hurricanes:

Our firm participated in the Katrina Response Debris Mission in Orleans Parish as a key subcontractor to the Phillips & Jordan / EE&G team. BMC provided management and coordination in support of the debris removal mission. Elements of this support included:

In addition, BMC managed the electronic debris processing site handling and packaging over 500,000 units of electonic debris in preparation for recycling.
